Humboldt Spine & Rehab
Humboldt Spine & Rehab P.C. takes a hands on approach to your health while utilizing state of the art electronic records to provide efficient patient centered care. Each treatment room has been updated to allow us to ultimately be more hands on for our patients.
We offer multiple Chiropractic techniques and therapies including (but aren't limited to): Flexion/Distraction, Diversified, Logan Basic, Thompson table assisted, instrument assisted adjusting and more.
We also provide injury rehabilitation complimented by soft tissue (muscles, tendons, ligaments) techniques to assist with your recovery from typical sprains and strains. These include Active Release Technique and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization.
Our physiotherapy room offers laser therapy, therapeutic ultrasound, electrical muscle stimulation, and light therapy.
Our massage therapy rooms were a need shown by the community and Humboldt Spine & Rehab has two rooms for our massage therapist, Kosett Petersen, LMT.

Jess Prior
Chiropractic Assistant
I grew up in Humboldt and am excited to be working with Humboldt Spine! In my free time you will find my husband Derek and I following our kids with sports, activities and church!
Lindsay Foth
Office Manager
I grew up in Humboldt and now reside on an acreage east of town with my husband, Judd, and our three children. In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors, spending time with family and friends and going to my children's activities.
Kosett Petersen
Licensed Massage Therapist
My interest in helping people led me to continue my education and pursue massage therapy. I currently reside in Humboldt with my husband, Drake, and our two dogs. I enjoy fishing, bowling, making acrylic pours and being outside.
Amanda Paul
Office Assistant
I grew up on a farm north of Hardy and currently reside on a farm south of Hardy with my husband, Andy, and our two children. I enjoy being outdoors, working with our livestock and spending time with family and friends.
